About the RoleAs a member of the resort People Team and reporting to the resort People Partner, the People Advisor will work to enhance the experience of a 1200+ strong resort team. With a proven track record of executing, advising and coaching on all people related processes, you will support leaders to be fair and consistent in their approach to ER instances and ensure all policies and processes are followed accurately, leading to an effective and timely resolution. Youāll also use your eye for detail to ensure continuous improvement by reviewing and auditing cases. From disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement plans or anything in between, youāll demonstrate with pride, one of our core values of āWe Care for Each Otherā always. Youāll know your way around the Microsoft suite and use key People data to identify trends and make a valuable contribution to developing strategies to support and retain our team. As a People Advisor, you should keep up to date with legislative changes and communicate updates to the wider resort to embed compliance and consistency across all departments. Youāll comply with strict GDPR procedures, ensuring all audits, records and paperwork are stored correctly, remaining entirely confidential. Typical working hours: This is a full-time position with a usual working pattern of Tuesday ā Saturday. About YouWeāre looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is either experienced in ER (preferably within a customer-facing business) or is newly qualified and looking for their first full time role. As part of the People Team, you should have a confidential and professional approach to your work, whilst role modelling our Butlinās Values. Youāll be supporting a resort with over 1200 team members so the ability to confidently communicate at all levels is important, as well as an ability to offer guidance and advice on a variety of topics relating to ER and wellbeing. You should be able to work on your own initiative and have confidence in your own decision making and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be versatile, adaptable and always on the lookout for ways to improve. You will be a trustworthy and discrete individual, using your position within the People Team to positively influence senior leaders across the resort. A CIPD qualification is preferred, but not essential ā weāre much more interested in your previous experience working in a similar role. Looking to fill 2 HR Audit Administrator positions.We have an opportunity to join the People Team at Horizon Care and Education, working on a HR File Audit Project. The audit will review all HR files from a compliance perspective and ensure all personnel files are held centrally. If you have a keen eye for detail, flexible, team player, good knowledge of I T systems and an interest in compliance , I would love to hear from you. Part-time HR Advisor (20 hours per week)We need an experienced HR Advisor to support our managers in the manufacturing environment. There is significant change taking place within the business, in particular rolling out a lean approach to manufacturing. The successful candidate needs to have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to influence a positive attitude towards change. Typical transactional employee lifecycle activities will be undertaken in this role with the support of an HR Administrator.
