HR Administrator – 6 MONTH CONTRACT

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are looking for an HR Administrator on a 6-month contract ‘off-payroll’ which will be administered by a 3rd party agency payroll provider on behalf of Audio Network. The HR Administrator will be responsible for delivering key elements of the employee lifecycle at Audio Network, providing exceptional administration support to, the HR Advisor and the wider HR team on a range of, projects, activities, and initiatives. The HR Administrator will be the first point of contact for all transactional HR administration and low-level employee relations queries and will collaborate with various stakeholders in conjunction with the HR Advisor and wider HR team. This role is a temporary role for 6 months and will be on a hybrid working pattern with 2 mandatory days – Tuesday’s and Thursday’s and likely to move to 3 days. The rest of the time working from home. 

 

Reporting into the HR Advisor, this role actively supports the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional HR service, whilst helping to implement Audio Network’s wider people strategy.  

 

 

THE ROLE

 

·      First point of contact for general HR advice and answering any employee queries, monitor, review and update all HR policies, ensuring they are in line with current legislation, and actively encourage learning of all HR policies, processes, and practices 

·      Manage and maintain the HR System – Experience with HiBob HRIS platform preferable 

·      Onboard and administer updates/changes to employee records, assist as and when required in training employees on the system, provide HR analytic reports as and when needed such as headcount reports, starters/leavers reports, etc, optimise system functionalities in HRIS and ensure the platform our standardised HR procedures and best practices are in place, leveraging HRIS capabilities 

·      Create and manage any employee surveys on HRIS. Ensure rollout of employee survey and communications to business is timely. Provide business groups with relevant data and engage with wider teams on feedback/outcome for survey 

·      Manage requests for changes to terms and conditions, produce global employment contracts and required new starter/leaver paperwork and processing joiners/leavers 

·      Manage the ‘Employee onboarding and off boarding Lifecycle’ – from successful onboarding, and working with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new starters. Work with other HR department colleagues to utilise data and feedback from new starter and exit processes to build on areas of good practice, with an aim for continuous improvement 

·      Manage the ‘Employee Lifecycle’ – provide support for all employee lifecycle milestones from probation, time off requests, T&C changes, to resignations and exit processes 

·      Work in conjunction with the HR Advisor to administer all employee benefits, including family leave policies, and work closely with our benefits brokers to ensure a seamless experience for all employees 

·      Assist with collation of performance reviews and appraisals across the business – support the HR Advisor to evaluate feedback and address potential development needs for employees as and when necessary 

·      Work with and support the HR Manager with Learning and Development programmes as and when required 

·      Provide support to the HR department including supporting recruitment in conjunction with the Recruitment Manager as and when required on an ad hoc basis 

 

 

SPECIAL SKILLS

 

·      To make a difference in this role you will need to be a real team player and an effective communicator, a proactive forward thinker with the ability to persuade and motivate people and teams to try different approaches. You will play a hands-on role to shape our culture to improve our employee experience 

·      High level of organisation and ability to prioritise work  

·      This is a very hands-on role and will suit someone who wants to get their teeth into HR administration  

·      Adaptatble and able to juggle several tasks and flex working style 

·      Confidence to liaise with people at all levels throughout the business 

·      Excellent communication skills are essential 

·      Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills 

·      High levels of confidentiality 

·      Must have HR knowledge across key aspects of the CIPD profession map incorporating HR policy, employment law and performance management 

·      Experience of HR administration and HR processes 

·      Familiar with knowledge of employment law and employment regulations  

·      Ideally studying towards HR qualifications or post qualification  

·      Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent

·      Ideally 2 years experience in a similar role 

·      Working knowledge of HiBob - HRIS systems is highly desirable
