Unitmovements

Unit Movements is rapidly growing and needs a confident and capable HR Business Partner to join the team to provide strategic and operational support with the HR plans that align with the direction and development of the business. As part of Unit movements growth plans, the expansion will include the TUPE transfer of employees into the organisation over the next 6 months and so experience in TUPE legislation and leading a TUPE consultation process and integration of new employees is essential. 

This role will suit someone who likes to get involved in everything and is confident in working with senior managers and directors on all people matters, leading a small team (3 HR admin)and rolling their sleeves up and getting involved in ‘operational HR’. 

This role will require regular travel and a company car will be provided.
