A global business now have a great opportunity for a dynamic, commercially focused HR Business Partner to join the UK team. This will be a busy, fast paced HRBP role looking after top-level stakeholders with both a strategic and hands on focus. Your remit will cover stakeholder management, performance, talent, compensation processes, ER, recruitment and much more. The role will also be to coach, guide and enable leaders to deliver dynamic people solutions.
We are looking for candidates with experience of both a HRBP & generalist background. Candidates must also have drive, ambition and a passion for HR. You must be able to think outside of the box and be an enabler for the senior management team.
Its an exciting time to be joining the Wago team as a number of key new hires have been made to help the business move into its next phased of growth. A significant investment in a state of the art facility has also been made, so there are a variety of workstreams that HR will play a significant role in shaping.
