A global business now have a great opportunity for a dynamic, commercially focused HR Business Partner to join the UK team. The business is a results-based organisation and the typical candidates that succeed are high calibre, dynamic, solutions orientated, pragmatic and entrepreneurial with a sense of humour to boot.


This will be a busy, fast paced HRBP role looking after top-level stakeholders with both a strategic and hands on focus. Your remit will cover stakeholder management, performance, talent, compensation processes, ER, recruitment and much more. The role will also be to coach, guide and enable leaders to deliver dynamic people solutions.


We are looking for candidates with experience of both a HRBP & generalist background. Candidates must also have drive, ambition and a passion for HR. You must be able to think outside of the box and be an enabler for the senior management team.


Its an exciting time to be joining the Wago team as a number of key new hires have been made to help the business move into its next phased of growth. A significant investment in a state of the art facility has also been made, so there are a variety of workstreams that HR will play a significant role in shaping. 


Responsibilities

  • The HR Business Partner will support a number of key groups (Exco, plus extended Leadership Team across all depts) within the business totalling c. 100 employees
  • The HR Business Partner will act as an internal consultant providing a full range of support to the above departments on all people matters.
  • Build strong working relationships with Executive Management Committee members who lead their respective divisions
  • Deliver HR support to the divisional groups across the lifecycle of HR activities including:

      *Performance processes

       *Compensation reviews

      *Talent initiatives

       *Employee relations issues

  • Act as the in-country HR lead in global projects such as EVP or the establishment of internal mobility schemes.


Requirements:

  • Solid and proven HR Business Partnership experience gained in a high performing organisation – ideally blue and white collar background
  • Educated to a minimum of degree level, preferably 2.1. Post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • CIPD or relevant membership preferred
  • Demonstrative track record of operating successfully in standalone HR roles as well as experience of other models
  • Experience gained in a high performing organisation with multiple stakeholders
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach to deliver effective solutions to strategic people issues
  • Can maintain personal effectiveness and display gravitas when dealing with tight deadlines, pressured situations or difficult interactions
