A fast moving logistics company based in Egham, with offices in Manchester and Essex, we are looking for a qualified (Level 5 or above) HR Manager, from a similar industry. The role is hybrid (2 days WFH) and there is a requirement to travel to our other sites. Managing a HR Advisor, looking after 80 staff/managers. 4 days per week £45,000

This role is to be the main point of contact for HR enquiries from both internal and external customers, referring queries where necessary to the appropriate member of the team, ensuring that all day-to-day duties and responsibilities are proactively undertaken and that all relevant professional standards are met.

Person Specification:

·          Level 5 CIPD qualified and willing/working towards Level 7.

·          Ideally 3 years’ experience within an HR Advisory role.

·          Previous experience in Talent acquisition and recruitment.

·          Excellent interpersonal skills.

·          Superb at organising themselves and others.

·          Flexible and adaptable.

·          Positive approach and outlook.

·          The ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.

·          The ability to manage a changing workload and prioritise accordingly.

·          Thrives in fast moving environment and enjoys new challenges.
