Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the Organisational Objectives by completing specific HR projects and tasks.
  • Align culture and wellbeing activity to the People Budget.
  • Be the champion for our people, culture and values across the organisation
  • Submit Culture & Wellbeing Section for Board Report produces and analyses relevant HR data
  • Lead on retention incentive initiatives.
  • Lead on intrinsic rewards
  • Filing of HR documentation as required.
  • Support the team with general employment enquiries
  • Keep up to date contacts and build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and approve formal written correspondence relating to culture & wellbeing.
  • Maternity & Paternity correspondence, manage the maternity system & mat leave queries
  • Grievance/Appeal outcome correspondence
  • Grievance invite correspondence and diary coordination
  • Employee benefits correspondence
  • Team incentive correspondence
  • Consultation correspondence
  • Company healthcare scheme management & correspondence
  • Update ER tracker.
  • Audit HR documentation for completion and quality content.
  • Support Investors in People accreditation or equivalent.
  • Be the lead on sector workforce initiatives including best practice.
  • Build on Moorview Care's reputation and employee brand as a employer of choice.
  • Work collaboratively with the relevant departments to identify areas of concern including skills and knowledge gaps, and implement solution focussed improvements.
  • Lead on Investigation & Grievance Policy and Process Company wide
  • Minute investigations, & grievance meetings where required
  • Coaching and guiding management on formal and informal meeting delivery
  • Produce and deliver relevant HR workshops
  • Conduct Exit Interviews
  • Conduct Mediation
  • Conduct Flexible Working Request Meeting in collaboration with Locality Manager
  • Provide guidance on relevant employment law and risk management to formal procedure
  • Guide Line Managers with annual performance and development reviews, probationary reviews, personal development plans and other personnel meetings
  • Lead on occupational health
  • Have an overview of employment law changes, support the implementation of any changes
  • Lead on cultural and diversity celebrations, education and awareness.
  • Embed company culture and employee brand using the company website and social media platforms
  • Support the development of MVC's Culture Guide.

Who are we looking for?


  • Achieved CIPD Level 3
  • Previous experience working within a similar HR role at a similar level with exposure to complex ER scenarios
  • Willingness to work flexibly and to keep knowledge and skills up to date.
  • Have values aligned to Moorview Care and display the behaviours associated with those values.
  • Drivers Licence (Desirable)
