HR Business Partner (18 month FTC)

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and support our mission to deliver excellence in people management. 

Job Purpose

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Director of People and Culture and the senior leadership team to translate strategic priorities into effective people solutions. You will partner with designated Directorates, understanding their unique goals and challenges, and provide expert HR guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering: Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, offering HR expertise on a wide range of matters.
  • Business Strategy Contribution: Assist leaders in identifying, prioritising, and building capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
  • Employee Relations: Lead all employee relations efforts, delivering solutions that balance the needs of employees and the company
  • Collaboration: Work with the People and Culture team to ensure cohesive delivery of the people strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Address HR-related issues by collaborating with various teams, ensuring effective resolutions and employee satisfaction.
  • HR Initiatives Implementation: Drive initiatives in performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Reporting Mechanisms:Establish systems to track and analyse HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Develop and implement SLAs to ensure consistent and timely HR advisory services.
  • Industry Trends and Compliance: Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to keep the us competitive and compliant.
  • Positive Work Environment: Promote diversity, equal opportunity, and a positive work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement:Use insights to drive ongoing improvements in HR processes and policies.

Part time working can be considered

the role would be expected to be on site 3 days a week.
