Role Purpose:

As the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR strategy and operational activities at our Ashby site. Your expertise will align with our Intersnack Work System (IWS) Organisation Pillar, ensuring we maintain a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Leadership: Oversee site HR operations, ensuring alignment with IWS and HR strategies.

- HR Business Partnering: Offer professional guidance on all people-related matters, fostering a positive employment environment.

- Organisational Pillar Leadership: Implement and manage change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.

- HR Service Excellence: Collaborate with the centralised People and Payroll Services Team to deliver effective HR services.

- Employee Relations and Compliance: Coach managers on HR practices, compliance, and employee relations.

- Compensation and Benefits: Manage and refine compensation and benefits frameworks.

- Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead key site initiatives and projects.

- HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilise HR data to support decision-making and enhance business performance.

- Core HR Processes: Lead recruitment, talent management, and performance management processes.

- Internal Communications: Coordinate site-wide communications.

- Labour Relations Strategy: Develop strong relationships with union representatives.
