HR Coordinator - ~15M FTC

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:00

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract - ~15 months (to March 2025)

Role summary:

Mitsubishi Electric have an exciting opportunity within our People Team to assist with our Human Resources duties. The role is responsible for contributing to and providing the highest level of customer service and colleague experience. You will also deliver an operationally excellent HR service ensuring that our high-quality service delivery standards are met and maintained.


To be successful in this role you will need to:

Responsible for providing an excellent service across a broad range of HR transactions, including recruitment administration (permanent and agency), offer and new starter administration, contract changes, flexible working request, absence recording, leaver administration, optimum system and process set up, management reporting and HR KPIs.

Support and deliver HR aspects of colleague onboarding

Ensure that HR Databases / HRIS / filing systems are accurate and up to date

Monthly reporting including Headcount reporting, HR Dashboard, and Colleague Changes

Responding in a timely manner to reference request for new starters, leavers, mortgages etc.

Participate in cross functional business projects / activities as required

Always work in a safe and responsible manner to maintain positive wellbeing for self and others and be constantly mindful of the impact of activities on our environment.

To undertake any duties as agreed with the Manager consistent with the scope of the job.
