We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our established team, the role will consist of:


  • Conducting Employment Relation cases, including Grievances, Investigations and complex Disciplinaries up to and including dismissal 
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Management team 
  • Providing Managers and Supervisors with support and guidance 
  • Liaising with employee union representatives regarding cases
  • TUPE- dealing with both IN and OUT, consulting with employees. Sending out letters and liaising with incumbent companies 
  • Providing support on occasions to the Payroll Manager 
  • Maintaining records on Templa (HR System), liaising with Templa about amendments and developments 
  • Consulting with employees about site closures and changes in shift patterns
  • Addressing performance issues, and providing re-training where necessary



The role will be based at our Head Office in Stratford with the option to work from home for 2 days per week (on a rota basis), once full training has been completed.


Essential requirements for the role:

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Team Player and able to work autonomously

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Flexibility in working hours (for early morning and late evening meetings)

Attention to detail 


Desirable requirements for the role:

Resilience to difficult situations 

A-C GCSE or equivalent

Previous HR experience

Previous Operational experience 



Permanent
The salary range will be £23,000-26,000 depending on experience. We also pay travel covering zones 1-4
