HR Coordinator/staff development coordinator

Looking for a HR coordinator/staff development coordinator to work on site in a very busy Residential house for Autistic Adults. Working alongside HR & Training.

Duties include:

  • Point of contact onsite
  • Booking interviews & ensuring all recruitment process followed
  • Pre-employment checks and file creation for new starters
  • Providing first line support and guidance to the team and Managers
  • Absence, probation & DBS monitoring
  • Keeping and record of all training and booking all training for current staff and liaise with L&D
  • File audits and DBS checking
  • being the first port of call to book training and welcoming all new staff

This is a fixed term post for 3 months.

Fixed Term
£19300 - £25072 based on 35 hour week
