HR Generalist/Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and process driven individual to provide HR Administration/Generalist support to the whole of Tony Gee and Partners LLP.


Core Responsibilities

The main duties for the role are:

·      Support with day-to-day HR queries

·      Assisting in employee absence including sickness, occupational health referrals

·      Assisting HR Coordinator with offer letter process, changes to terms and conditions and employment confirmations

·      Managing employee data on internal HR system

·      Assisting with the management of undergraduate placements and associated activities including annual “student and apprentice week” conference

·      Coordinating and event management for quarterly “Welcome Days”

·      Liaising with external suppliers for benefits administration

·      Regular metric reporting (retention figures, exit interviews etc.)

·      Assisting in Employee Engagement exercises and surveying (investors in People etc)

·      Providing general HR support to Tony Gee as a whole

·      Liaison across People Group with Learning and Recruitment teams.

·      Assistance in administration of cross business performance review process.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, happy to take initiative and who works well with a close-knit HR team.

The position is working closely in a small Generalist HR team. It would suit someone who has strong administration experience, ideally in an HR capacity but not essential. Events experience is an additional bonus but also not essential.


Role

This is a maternity contract with a likely duration of 12 months.

Likely to be a fulltime position but part time (four days per week) will be considered.

Start date: January 2025
