In this position, you will partner with the business and act as the strategic HR advisor to the assigned functional leadership team.

Job Responsibilities surmised

  • Establish a credible understanding of the business model and priorities for your region and wider organization.
  • You will work with the existing team and site leader to manage the modernization of HR policies and systems
  • Support TE organizational outcomes through strong alignments of HR efforts with balanced enterprise and BU balanced business initiatives
  • Generate “win-win” strategies to gain support for key initiatives from others across boundaries
  • Coach and upskill management to develop and maintain employee relationships and respectful working environment for your region through communication, performance management, and matters relating to discipline and grievance
  • Support effective management practice in addressing long-term and short-term sickness absence.

Your Background

  • Chartered member of CIPD desirable
  • Previous HR experience in Manufacturing
  • Professional working experience in a HR Generalist/business partnering role
  • Pragmatic approach with the ability to provide practical and innovative HR solutions
  • Has demonstrated an ability to provide effective business partnering and employee relations support to managers and employees within a specific segment of a country or region
  • Coaching and mentoring at management level
  • Union experience desirable
  • Experience of working in a global or international organization would be an advantage.
