HR Trainer and Facilitator
With You are excited to be recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join them in the newly created role of HR Trainer and Facilitator, to shape, drive and lead our management development agenda.

This is a new role for With You - the HR Trainer and Facilitator will work to develop and promote a HR learning culture across services and build psychological safety within our management teams. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of different learning styles, ability to use evidence to inform development needs that translates into effective HR training solutions.
As a HR Trainer and Facilitator , your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering management learning opportunities - helping managers to feel confident in People Management responsibilities and enabling them to perform their jobs to the best of their ability
- Identifying management training and development needs - you will do this through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and People Partners
- Developing and embedding an approach to user-centred design and change management - ensuring that our people are developed and upskilled to use this
- Working in partnership with our subject matter experts - this will include Recruitment, Communications and Learning and Development, establishing good working relationships and collaborating on organisational projects
This is a truly hands-on role that will enable you to make a tangible difference to our leadership capabilities, improving performance and productivity and fostering better people management practices.
Please note that this is a home-based role, with some travel required.
If you have…
- Membership of the CIPD or significant demonstrable experience
- Experience in developing and facilitating workshops to enable change
- An awareness of how people learn differently and how to adapt training and development in line with this
- Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to advise and influence
- Excellent planning and communication skills
