HRBP/ER Specialist

We are seeking an ER Specialist/ HRBP on a FTC 18 month contract who exemplifies integrity and fairness. In this role, you'll be a lynchpin of our compass, ensuring that our actions consistently echo our core values.

In this role you will:

• Lead and manage the people management-related agenda in their client groups sharing responsibility for the goals and targets delivery.
• Be a trusted partner of the extended leadership team that they partner with, working on medium to longer term objectives
• Cover a medium to large client group with some global stakeholders
• Take a lead role on Project Delivery
• Provide practical advice and guidance to line managers on how to manage formal ER issues in line with legislation and company policy
• Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose underlying issues and build the case for change with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with partners, colleagues, centres of excellence, building strong relationships with the client groups
• Proactively support the delivery of HR processes through Reckitt people, tools and policies engaging with client groups effectively to ensure their use across the organisation
