You’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks which are crucial to keeping our HR processes running smoothly. We understand that HR practices and processes regularly evolve, and we believe that the team must stay innovative, flexible and adaptable to change. As such, while the role is primarily admin based, you'll have an opportunity to contribute to and shape any future improvements.

This is a part time, hybrid position (up to 26 hours per week), giving you a healthy balance between work and personal time. We are offering a fixed term contract until July 31, 2025, with a strong potential for extension. Job title: HR Assistant

Responsible to: HR Manager

Responsible for: None

Salary: Grade 3, starting between £24,323 and £24,809 full-time equivalent per annum, pro rata

Hours of work: Part time, up to 26 hours per week, potentially including some evenings and weekends (rare, but subject to the needs of an organisation, such as Freshers week). Any additional weekend or evening work can be taken as TOIL

Contract: Fixed Term, until 31st of July, 2025, with possibility of extension
