We Are Recruiting For Internal Recruiter
▶ Salary: £26,000 – 30,000 per annum
▶ Job type: Initially 6-month fixed term and full time
▶ Location: Full time on site in our Yate Office
This exciting opportunity to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within the High Voltage Electrical contracting industry, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality candidates who meet the Company's needs.
Duties and responsibilities of the role include:
▶ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top
talent in the electrical sector.
▶ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job descriptions,
advertising candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
supporting the onboarding process.
▶ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment
needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
▶ Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
▶ Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates,
including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
▶ Revise and conduct thorough candidate assessments, including
technical skills evaluations and reference checks.
▶ Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company
policies.
▶ Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process.
▶ Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring compliance
with Data Protection legislation.
▶ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical
recruiting.
▶ Provide proactive support and guidance to all parties on compliance
with statutory requirements and company standards.
▶ Project a professional image to clients and colleagues.
▶ Take responsibility for leading and driving the company values within
the project teams.
▶ Contribute to the future success of Powersystems and clients.
▶ Proactively look at ways to enhance the service offered by the
business and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company
processes.
▶ Maintain a professional image at all times.

Here’s what you need to be successful in the role:
▶ In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
▶ Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field is an advantage.
▶ Understanding of the High Voltage Electrical contracting industry and
technical roles within it would be a distinct advantage.
▶ Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the
electrical sector.
▶ Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
▶ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▶ Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
▶ Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking
Systems.
