Learning and Development Coordinator

What will you be doing?

You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and external contacts for all learning and development queries, including sourcing and booking training courses, updating our Learning Management System, working with specialist leads in other teams and promoting learning in the organisation.

As part of a busy team there will be lots of opportunities to get involved in other people-related activities. We will also ask that you support our People Services co-ordinator with administrative tasks.

Working arrangements:

This role can work both from our offices and at home. You will generally expected to be in the office at least 60% of the time, with flexibility given to accommodate business and personal needs. For the first few weeks you will generally be more office based whilst you get to meet your lovely colleagues and learn the ropes.
