Regional People Advisor – Part-time

Working hours – 22.5 hours per week (can be worked flexibly with hybrid working available)
Location: Eurocentral (near to Motherwell)
Salary: Up to £40,000 pro-rata (dependent on experience)
The opportunity:
ER-focused role - Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive workplace culture, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring our people are given the opportunity to thrive.
You will provide support to Managers based in our Scotland region, as well as remote support for our regional People Business Partners based in other parts of the UK.
Upskilling and coaching -You'll play a key role in upskilling and coaching our people managers, making sure they have the tools and knowledge to lead effectively.
Your development – If you’re taking the exciting step up from HR Assistant or HR Admin role, we will support you in achieving an Associate level diploma with the CIPD: we want you to shine!
What we're looking for:
- Experience in HR, or a similar role, where employee relations was a focus, e.g. HR Administrator or HR Assistant.
- Curious by nature with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiastic, collaborative and proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Base & working location: You will be based at our Eurocentral branch in Motherwell, but it’s good to get out and about, so some travel may be required with this role, which would be agreed and in advance.
