We have a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is looking to get their first real exposure to a People Team Administration role with a team that is focussed on collaboration, ambition, fun, agile approaches, and of course hard work.
About the role and the company:
The A-Safe People Team are on a journey of growth and are looking to expand their team to support the function.
As an People Team Administrator, you will be assisting with the full colleague lifecycle and you will act as a point of contact for our colleagues on a variety of topics.
In terms of day-to-day tasks, you can be dealing with anything from the recruitment processes, new starters, letter & contract generation, the processing of leavers, colleague references, change of terms, and more…both within the UK and also Globally.
You will also be resolving queries and advising when needed alongside generating reports whilst ensuring that the company’s systems are kept up-to-date with the relevant information.

Person Specification:
- Candidates will preferably have at least 1 year’s HR administrative work experience.
- Attention to detail is key to everything you do.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR computer packages
- Team Player with a positive and proactive approach who can also work independently to a high standard to meet deadlines.
- Flexible, hands-on approach with the drive and ability to provide support to a multi-shift business.
