Location: Leeds, LS15 (with travel to Leicester and London- hybrid working after completion of training)
Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE plus extensive benefits

This role sits in our Operations People Team of 16 colleagues and reports into our Senior People Partner, and will support our pharmacies in Leeds, Perivale, London and Bardon, Leicester from an administration perspective.

What you’ll be doing?
- Owning core HR processes, administration tasks and communications regarding payroll
- Systems management including creating and maintaining records held in our HRIS (Bamboo & You-Manage) and our intranet (Notion & Share-point), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Owning the relationship with our payroll provider/department and managing queries
- Managing the People team inbox and being the first point of contact for all queries, ensuring these are managed within our internal time frames
- Delivery of on-boarding inductions which includes right to work and background checks, offer letters and contracts
- Co-ordination of off-boarding including booking exit interviews
- Supporting the Head of People and People Partners through our people processes
- General HR reporting, organising ad-hoc events and lots of other exciting projects!
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a HR administrative role in a high growth business or operations environment coupled with great people skills
- The ability to build and train our team on processes and provide structure that is simple to use
- Ability to manage a wide range of tasks effectively and ensure excellent stakeholder management
- Able and willing to travel to Leicester and London sites (travel expenses are covered)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to spot opportunities to improve processes and initiative to implement change
- Energy, passion, and a self-starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeve and get on with tasks
- CIPD and payroll experience would be great but not essential
- IT skills including MS office suite
