People Coordinator

You will be joining a newly formed People Ops Team who are taking the company on a transformational journey to become a market leading network of lettings and sales agents. We believe in delivering a high-quality service through excellent customer service, continuous improvement and investment in digital capability.

We are looking for a full-time People Coordinator based at our London HQ, we are not far from Liverpool Street Station.

This role will provide administrative support for the recruitment and onboarding of new starters, creating and updating HR records, processing employment changes, providing support on key projects, managing queries and supporting our Business Partners with employee relations and change projects. You will support and guide our people and managers through our processes whilst bringing ideas to the table to continuously improve and enhance our service provision.

This role requires experience in a HR of at least 1 year, we would consider experience in recruitment for this role. We will provide you with training, tools, and access to support from an experienced team of HR professionals. 

We are looking for someone who has good attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
