About our exciting opportunity

In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our internal community support system, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to exit interviews with seamless communication across all stakeholders.


As the primary HR contact, you'll provide essential guidance on policies and procedures. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in resolving low to medium level employee relations issues and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with legislation and Employment Law.


With your expertise in managing HRIS, you'll handle data entry, updates, and report generation effortlessly!


Furthermore, you'll be integral to our recruitment process, from posting jobs to selecting candidates and managing paperwork. Your proactive approach will see you building candidate pipelines through diverse channels and keeping our recruitment trackers and ATS up to date.


Staying updated on employment law and industry trends will be central to your success, ensuring our practices remain compliant and effective. Join us in shaping a dynamic and supportive workplace environment!


Your skills and experience

  • Relevant HR qualification e.g. CIPD at a minimum of Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and best practice in HR.
  • Ability to understand and interpret policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
