People Partner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People Partner to join Orwell Housing at our head office in Ipswich - 30 hours per week.

Our People Partners work collaboratively with our leaders who attract, develop, and retain colleagues with fantastic knowledge and skills plus the behaviours which bring our values to life every day.

Supporting a portfolio of Orwell’s teams and departments across Suffolk and its border counties, you will have the capacity and scope to influence a positive difference for some of the most vulnerable people living in Orwell’s properties and services.

It’s an exciting time here at Orwell and our ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a patient, resilient, and active listener, whilst having the empathy and the confidence to deal with conflict.
