ProblemShared is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join the People team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one.

We are looking for someone to play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be sourcing, identifying, and engaging with top talent to meet our hiring needs.

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare recruitment sector preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Happy to work and conduct meetings on Microsoft Teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (We use Teamtailor ATS).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

What the job involves

  • Work closely with the HR team to understand the hiring needs of various departments- Clinical and Non- Clinical
  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, professional networks) as well as through direct sourcing techniques.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Gathering and attaching appropriate Training Certification and redacted reports for Clinical Roles
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain the candidate database and keep track of all candidate interactions and progress.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing candidate communication.
  • Assist in organising recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure approved marketing content is shared on our Socials as appropriate to promote- e.g.- Live roles, recruitment events/fairs, or other marketing collateral as directed by the Team
  • Working hand in hand with the Recruitment Team in our fast paced environment to recruit the best candidates for our business.
