Regional Trainer – Complex & Domiciliary Care
This role will cover the North of England including; Sheffield, Liverpool and Newcastle-upon-Tyne
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Full Driving Licence required

What you’ll do
The role of the Regional Trainer is to deliver Care Worker training and assess Trainee learning – these care workers may be delivering Domiciliary Care or work within our Complex division so experience in a Complex Care environment will be beneficial. You will maintain complete and accurate training records at all times, undertaking continuous training and development to ensure knowledge is up to date. You will work with the policy team to develop standard training programmes in line with current best practice. Agreeing and achieving targets for training.

What you need
You will ideally have a Level 3 teaching qualification, MPS Train the Trainer qualification, nursing or Complex Care experience along with other relevant qualifications to really hit the ground running in this highly skilled role. Holder of a current driving licence is essential for this role as travel across the North of England will be mandatory.
