This is a sp34 / sp40 role with a combined salary range of £35,350 - £46,779.
These roles can be based from any Magnox site across the UK.
Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process and bringing Hiring Managers along the journey.
Building and maintaining internal and external talent pipelines to improve time to hire statistics of using an new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Designing and delivering recruitment campaigns via LinkedIn and other social media / job advertising platforms to improve engagement and brand awareness.
Advocating our Fairness and Meritocracy principles to improve the transparency of our process for hiring managers and candidates, and supporting our overall diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy.
Use great organisation and communication skills to manage a large volume of roles and keep all stakeholders updated throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in managing large volumes of roles across a variety of professionalisms and geographical locations.
Advanced IT skills across Microsoft packages.
A proactive and enthusiastic individual who is resilient to change.
Experienced in stakeholder engagement and developing solutions to complex problems.
Flexible working – where possible.
Equivalent of 25 days (185 hours) annual leave plus Public Holidays (59.2 hours per year) - option to buy or sell up to one week each year.
Participation in Company Bonus Scheme (up to £4,500 per annum based on corporate objectives).
Up to 13.5% employer pension contribution depending on individual contribution amount.

There is a requirement to live within a commutable distance to the sites where the role is based. For central/multi-site roles, we have various hubs across the UK and can be flexible with base location.
