Talent Acquisition Partner

Pyroban has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our small but mightly HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in partnering with internal stakeholders to drive recruitment initiatives, attract top talent, and support the achievement of business objectives. 


You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring that you collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, workforce planning requirements and recruitment priorities.


You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Internal Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices, with a track record of implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and networking, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to understand business needs, anticipate talent requirements, and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data, metrics, and trends to inform decision making and optimise recruitment processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
  •  Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel and knowledge of HR/ATS software.
  • Experience of recruiting within the manufacturing and/or engineering sector is desirable but not essential.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 to £40,000 (FTE) and benefits package which includes 5 weeks holiday (with the option to purchase more), health cash plan, 5% employer pension contribution, life assurance, employee assistance programme plus wellbeing initiatives and development opportunities.
