Talent & Engagement Project Assistant – [TEPA]

Contract: Fixed Term for 2 years ending 31st March 2026

Work Location: Hybrid

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £25,030.23 per annum

Ark has an exciting new role available within the Talent & Engagement [T&E] team for you.


After a highly successful 1-year pilot project delivering T&E to part of the organisation we are now looking to expand this support to cover all Arks services throughout Scotland.


As our TEPA you will work closely with the Talent & Engagement Project Lead [TEPL] to deliver the 2-year T&E project plan. This will run alongside the newly launched Care & Support strategy ensuring that the organisation recruits and retains the right people to deliver our packages of Care & Support to our supported people.


So, what will your day-to-day job look like?

This is a really varied role that will require an open and flexible approach which could have you doing anything from designing social media posts and writing job adverts to visiting our various services and attending recruitment events to promote Ark and our roles.


You will be communicating regularly with people during their recruitment and induction period to support increased engagement within Ark. You will also need to be great at actively listening and recording feedback to identifying areas for improvement within Arks processes.


As this is a new project for Ark there will be a real emphasis on ensuring that we review, adapt, and improve our processes regularly to ensure that potential applicants, candidates, Support Workers and Care & Support managers are getting the best possible Talent & Engagement service.

This role is all about communication, recruitment, engagement, and retention.
