About the role:
Active Pathways and Evermore Care are currently recruiting a successful driven, forward-thinking, and passionate Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the HR team, recruiting the best possible talent to support our services, ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible.
This is a an incredibly varied and rewarding role as you will be responsible for the full candidate journey of all roles, from attraction to offer. The role holder will drive social media presence, help drive up our ratings on Indeed and Glassdoor and excel in analyzing data and trends to support continuous improvement.
You will be collaborating closely with the wider team to create a seamless and engaging candidate to colleague journey.
