We are looking for a Reward Analyst to join our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting to implement and co-ordinate our compensation, bonus, benefits, recognition, and engagement programs. You will work closely with the People & Culture team to provide pro-active reward input supporting with data gathering for annual Reward activities along with audit requirements and other benefit, recognition, and engagement activities. This is a permanent opportunity and will be of hybrid nature with both home working and working from our office in Chorley/ Warrington.
