We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team. The Team is responsible for the advertising, recruitment and pre-employment vetting for vacancies across the Council, following safer recruitment guidelines that are vital to ensuring that we employ the right people to deliver vital services across the County.


We are a small, busy team and you will need to be able to build and manage relationships across the Council in what can be a demanding environment. You will need to be highly organised, resilient and proactive with excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to work flexibly under pressure. You will work closely with Managers, providing consistent and high quality support to them in relation to advertising and recruitment and will also provide support to schools and external customers where required.
