Creating and effectively implementing the HR strategy and policy across the company, the Snr. People Business Partner will work with teams and key stakeholders to help continue to develop organisational and people capability across the business.
The role
You will be responsible for building a positive employee experience, promoting equality and fairness, as well as ensuring we continue to maintain an agile organisation with a fantastic culture especially as the company grows.
Building strong and credible relationships with internal stakeholders is imperative to ensure effective business decisions and alignment to the overall business goals.
The role will work with minimal guidance and act as a mentor for colleagues with less experience as well as working across all areas of the business to deliver on all people related projects and initiatives, employee engagement and onboarding, reward and recognition, diversity and inclusion, well-being and all people practices.
