Looking to fill 2 HR Audit Administrator positions.
We have an opportunity to join the People Team at Horizon Care and Education, working on a HR File Audit Project. The audit will review all HR files from a compliance perspective and ensure all personnel files are held centrally.
If you have a keen eye for detail, flexible, team player, good knowledge of I T systems and an interest in compliance , I would love to hear from you.
Immediate start, fixed term contract up to 31 July 2024.
£25,000 per annum pro rata.
Remote working but potentially some travel to homes and schools to scan files within our different regions.
