Ideally this role is 37 hours per week, although we will consider a minimum of 30 hours over 4 days.
About the Role
As a Senior HR Advisor you will join a team of supportive and skilled HR professionals delivering HR Advisory services across Lincolnshire County Council. This is an integral role within our HR family, working in partnership with managers across the organisation and HR colleagues.
You’ll manage a complex Employee Relations caseload and provide a generic and agile HR Advisory service to a diverse range of service areas. Although this will be your ‘day-to-day’ role, you’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in key projects, working with colleagues across the Council, developing skills whilst working to deliver our People Strategy.
