Our Purpose

Milk & More has a unique business model, which meets the needs of consumers by delivering through the night in time for breakfast. We make nearly 1 million deliveries each week via one of the UK’s largest fleet of electric vehicles.


Your Role Purpose


Milk & More is built on providing outstanding service to our customers, thus one of most important assets is our people. This role works closely with our colleagues and line mangers across our 30+ locations plus our Head Office based in Camberley to enable our people to perform at their best.


Your Key Deliverables


Manage a wide range of HR tasks, supporting and setting up of the with the end to end employment lifecycle.

Recruitment coordination including vacancy advertising, vacancy management for centres and support for all skilled and administrative roles.

Support HRBP and Managers in activity relating to Employee Relations (invite letters and advice) and change projects as relevant

Professional & confident coaching of line managers in relation to ER case work with particular focus on absence management. Attending and supporting some complex cases as required.

Administration of contractual change and leavers process as required (system, paperwork and payroll notification)

Providing information to the business as requested on a weekly and monthly basis or ad hoc as requested.

Liaising with line managers and colleagues to answer queries as they arise including terms and conditions queries (which links to Payroll).

Ensure an in-depth understanding of all terms and conditions and support the HRBP in continuing to simplify these where possible.

Support and cover Payroll administration as required

Salary


£36-40k based on experience


Your Experience & Background

1-2 years in HR a similar role


Contract


6 months FTC with the potential to extend or become permanent

· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in one time

· Confident working independently and demonstrate a willingness to learn

· A driven and proactive self-starter

· Thorough attention to detail

· Active listening skills

· The ability to work along or work with others

· Sound knowledge of HR and employment legislation
