We are a market disruptor enabling home movers to conduct an end-to-end property transaction via a single platform. The OneDome platform makes transactions faster, more assured and allows customers to have greater control over their transactions.

We currently have circa 80 individuals based in the UK, Ukraine, and Germany with the aim to expand rapidly in the next 12 months both organically and through acquisition. We have national and international ambition!

In 2023, OneDome acquired CMME, an established, directly authorized mortgage brokerage firm based in Hampshire - one of the largest mortgage brokerages in the UK!

Roles and Responsibilities

OneDome are seeking a highly motivated, tenacious, and driven in-house Junior Recruiter to join the team and support our recruitment process from start to finish. The Recruiter would cover roles within Proptech and Financial Services sectors.

If you are hardworking, have a natural flair for sales / recruitment and are eager to begin a career in recruitment then this role could be for you!

Key responsibilities include:

- Sourcing talent by utilising various channels to identify, attract and build a pipeline of potential candidates for our roles,

- Collaborate with hiring managers to implement effective sourcing strategies,

- Reviewing and screening CV’s to assess candidate suitability,

- Conducting initial screening interviews to effectively evaluate candidate’s skillset and cultural fit whilst providing an engaging experience,

- Ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing job postings job descriptions whilst advocating the OneDome Group brand.

- Facilitating the offer process including negotiating employment terms.

Person Specification

- Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment is preferable – either in house or agency or alternatively experience within a sales environment,

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – skilled at building relationships and rapport with those you engage with,

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a past-faced environment.
