We have an exciting new opportunity to join our dedicated Human Resources Department. As HR Business Partner, you will drive the provision of a comprehensive, commercially sound and people focused HR service to Perspectum. 

 

About the Role 

This is a broad, generalist HR position. You will support management of the people agenda using a partnership approach, working actively with wider HR Team to deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives and projects. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with management is an important part of this role, whilst supporting delivery of all HR/People requirements including: 

  • Managing employee relations, performance management, training & development 
  • Managing immigration, policy administration, plan integration and change management 
  • Supporting compensation, reward & recognition,
  • Stakeholder management and employee communication

About You 

To be a successful HRBP, you will be innovative, confident and a creative thinker to drive and manage new ideas to achieve the company vision and goals. You will have tact and ability to deal with difficult situations and people calmly and professionally. 

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate that you have: 

  • Substantial HRBP experience in a rapidly growing, fast paced, private organisation
  • CIPD L7 or equivalent qualification  
  • The ability to build strong working relationships and demonstrate a commercial and customer focused approach.  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong communicator both written and verbally.
  • Strong IT proficiency, especially in MS Office.

Experience working in the Medical Technology industry and knowledge of US employment regulations and processes would be highly beneficial.

You will complement a department of 8 who are divided into two teams; Talent and Business Partnering. With a dedicated administrator to support with the daily workload, this is a fast paced but highly rewarding role.
