About your role...

In this exciting, challenging and rewarding position as an Senior Associate - HR Generalist, you will play a key role in enabling our people to thrive. Reporting to the UK People Operations lead, you will partner closely with our People Strategy/Business Partner team. Your key role will be to support our People, work alongside our People Strategists and provide people services to enable great people experiences and business impact. 

You’ll be process orientated, a fast learner, have strong inter-personal skills, and be passionate about delivering fantastic operations for our people.

What we are looking for…

People Strategy Operations Support              

  • Partner with the Lifecycle team on employee cases such as employment status, contractual changes, leave of absence, people manager changes, discipline changes - ensuring legal compliance. 
  • Enable better practice, synergies and activation of programs.
  • Key POC for wellbeing and safety for the people in your business unit. 
  • Serve as the voice on the ground, provide insights to enable People Strategists to make judicious decisions, create forums and maintain pulse checks with people.
  • Contribute to projects by providing inputs and owning milestones. Example projects include mentoring, redundancy, policy updates and hybrid working. 

Performance Management              

  • Track and facilitate all required steps related to the management of employee performance including performance management cases and talent reviews.
  • Provide support to the People Strategist team on employee relations, high risk individuals, exits, and investigations. 
  • Coordinate update calls, act as keynote taker and project coordinator for local People Strategy initiatives

Engagement        

  • Support all phases of our growth philosophy including goal setting, impact discussions, core values, DE&I work, data management and global coordination.
  • Driving change, through effective communication and roll-out of talent initiatives to leadership, People Managers, and employees. 

Total Rewards Management            

  • Partner with the People Strategists/ Comp Team on annual merit increases, bonus, fluid promotions an off cycles request.
  • Achieve operational excellence by managing timelines, writing communications, creating reports and analytics, tracking progress and driving completion

Reporting and Analytics    

  • Key POC for reporting, data and analytics requests. 
  • Conduct new starter connects, analyze and report attrition and exit data to engage and retain key talent in a competitive talent market.
  • Consolidate, update and validate all people data; manage people trackers to ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

You will have….

  • A background in Human Resources Operations.
  • A passion for enhancing our people’s experience throughout their lifecycle and driving business impact.
  • An eye for detail and ability to run processes independently.
  • A track record in pro-actively identifying opportunities for improvements and driving change.
  • An ability to work in a complex matrix structured, ambiguous, constantly changing business situation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights and solutions, strong excel expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to form relationships at all levels.
  • Worked in a global environment (preferable).
