Come and join our fabulous People team in our HR Advisor position based in Torquay. This role is based in our Mount Stuart hospital and covers two sites (Torquay and Exeter). Approximately one day per week will be based in our Exeter site.
As an HR Advisor (HRA) you will be the on-site HR support but will be part of a team of HRA's across the cluster, providing a first class front line HR Advisory service to the business and ensuring that our employee experience is second to none.
Experience of working in a HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role is essential. We use Workday so experience in this is very helpful. Ramsay has a great People team with excellent support networks in place so you will feel part of an enthusiastic and passionate team with great Subject Matter Experts to help.
