Job Summary 

We are currently seeking a talented People Business Partner to join Real Chemistry. As an integral member of the People Team, you will be a subject matter expert in HR program implementation and execution, as well as employee relations and compliance, providing guidance and partnership for the business group. This role will need to be able to go into our London office 2-3 days per week.  

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide tactical guidance and advice and support across a spectrum of HR aligned to Real Chemistry’s strategic initiatives. 
  • Collaborate pro-actively with the rest of the People team across locations and functions to implement and communicate core HR systems and initiatives, including performance management cycles and compensation-related plans. 
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key people in business groups by connecting and communicating with them about their concerns and insights frequently. 
  • Effectively analyze, understand, and use HR metrics to support the business to make key decisions upon notable talent trends in headcount, performance, attrition rate, demographics, etc. 
  • Utilize economic, financial, and organizational data to build business cases for major initiatives. 
  • Provide employee relations support to assist employees and managers in resolving conflict management issues. 
  • Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions, collaborating with business group leaders and People Team senior management. 
  • Utilize sound knowledge of HR policies, standards, and practices to support good governance.

What You Should Have 

  • Hands-on experience in a Human Resources role necessary. 
  • Demonstrated solid foundation of HR fundamentals and processes. 
  • Solid, demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems; hands-on experience with Workday preferred. 
  • Ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, pivot when needed, and work under strict deadlines essential. 
  • Proficiency in all standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office products, particularly, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
  • A highly professional demeanor and team player attitude. 
  • Experience in global organization or start up essential. 
  • BA in Business, Human Resources, or related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
