ER Advisor

What you'll be doing…

We are looking to hire a strong Employee Relations Advisor on a 3-month fixed-term contract (with the potential to be extended). The ER Advisor will contribute to the delivery of a proactive and customer-focused HR service across the organisation by providing effective support, guidance, and advice to managers and colleagues on a comprehensive range of HR Services from employee relations, policy and process, training and development, and key projects.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• Strong experience with ER cases
• Experience of various HR software systems
• Thrives in a fast paced environment
• HR and/or CIPD qualification is desirable
• Good Excel skills advantageous
• 
  

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, and two from home.
