WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

Polymermedics is keen to hear from individuals from all different types of backgrounds. We have a fantastic opportunity here to nurture our new HR admin into their new role with little to no HR experience or to welcome an experienced individual into the role.


Polymermedics is happy to pay the course fees for our new HR Admin to complete their CIPD level 3 and ILM level 3 to support them in their new role (subject to reimbursement policies if notice is given within certain timeframes) should they be new to HR.


AS OUR HR ADMIN, YOU WILL...

  • Be the go-to for HR advice and information including T&A system, training organisation, recruitment, and employee relation queries.
  • Report weekly on key HR KPIs and metrics. 
  • Oversee employee time & attendance, submitting monthly reports on time and accurately for payroll to process.
  • Maintain accurate employee records with various systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Communicate, organise, and oversee various activities with external organisations including recruitment, internal annual training day venues, and training providers.
  • Employee onboarding and induction, ensuring we give the best onboarding experience to new employees.
  • Keeping various spreadsheets and systems up to date with relevant HR information, ensuring deadlines and standards are adhered to.
  • Ensure the organisation's HR policies and procedures are up to date with legal changes and best practices. 
  • Liaise with and support the employee works forum, on all matters, including notetaking and issues of actions and minutes.
  • Facilitate employee benefits package with and update employees.
  • Facilitate the company’s Occupational Health Screen.
