HR Administrator

Role Overview:


We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is really excited about working in HR and who will proactively support with the administration of our function.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·        Overseeing recruitment activity including drafting and posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, liaising with applicants and the hiring manager, arranging interviews, collating interview feedback.

·        Drafting of all HR onboarding documents, working collaboratively with our Global onboarding and payroll teams.

·        Deliver divisional onboarding and induction

·        Manage and respond to queries in the HR Inbox, supporting and advising our employees as necessary.

·        Manage all aspects of employee administration throughout the employee life cycle including exit interviews

·        Support our payroll team by ensuring all changes have been processed correctly and in a timely manner

·        Process improvements and projects: Constantly reviewing the HR Administrative processes to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible.

·        Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects and duties

·        Ensure that Data within all our systems is processed accurately and maintained regularly with regular checks.

·        Produce reports from the HR system and provide insight to the management team

·        Review policies and updating as necessary with law changes

·        Any ad hoc duties as may be required


 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

 

·        Strong attention to detail and a getting it right first-time mentality.

·        Have a passion for sustainability, wellbeing and D, E & I

·        Strong planning and organisation skills – with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required.

·        Solutions orientated, ‘can do’ mindset with the ability to work at pace, cope with ambiguity, resolve issues and improve processes.

·        A professional, diplomatic and friendly manner with excellent communication skills

 

Salary:
