HR Advisor

To provide advice to managers and employees on straightforward enquiries including those requiring an understanding of employment law, terms and conditions, and best practice. 


To support positive employee relations including undertaking simple casework, low level attendance management, and supporting the resolution of workplace disputes.


To assist the HR Consultants to deliver organisational change programmes to support the transformation agenda, including the support, co-ordination and advice provided to directors, managers, and employees on the implementation of restructures/workforce remodelling. 

 

To provide professional advice and to support the delivery and implementation of the OD strategy.

 

Contribute to the development of a robust infrastructure of modern employment policies and practices and ensure implementation and integration into mainstream management practice.

 

To be responsible for specific projects which contribute to the delivery of the HR business plan and corporate strategy.
