HR Generalist

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing team.


Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer of the Bradley O Connor, Portfolio part of the Volaris Group, the role will take accountability of the Portfolio and M&A teams.

The Role



·  To undertake and manage the HR administration of starters and leavers and contractual changes, including preparing documentation and references for the Portfolio and M&A teams, in three areas of the 3 Brillian entities in Australia, Europe and Canada.

·  To organise and coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, updating colleague records on the HRIS.

·  To coordinate recruitment activities – advertising, collating CVs, organising interviews, and feedback.

·  To be the first point of contact for all colleagues regarding all employee relations issues and provide advice and guidance per company policies and procedures, employment law, and best practices.

·  Support managers on all employee relation meetings, i.e. disciplinaries, absence reviews, grievances, capability

-  Partner with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management

·   Assist in the running and management of the people survey and liaising with Managers to look at the action plans

·   Where appropriate, coordinate training for employees’ internal and external providers.

·   Deliver Portfolio training through leadership Essentials, Rising stars, and Business unit leader Training

·   To be the key user of our HRIS system – Workday and prepare reports identifying key trends, KPI and compensation information.

·   To support the CTO on a range of HR projects and initiatives for the businesses

·     Support the portfolio with portfolio training initiatives, compensation benchmarking, and M&A activity.


Would consider Part time on a minimum of 25 hours

Holidays 28 Days plus Bank holidays based on FT
