HR Manager

This is an exciting new generalist role, joining the team as HR Manager reporting into the HR Director.


If you enjoy a hands on varied roles and have extensive experience supporting and advising managers on a range of employee relations issues, but also enjoy work on projects and activity to support the HR strategy including training, employee engagement, health and wellbeing this could be the role for you.


The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our UK operations, collaborating closely with our HR Advisor and 2 HR Administrators. Additionally, you'll have an opportunity to shape our business in Ireland, crafting an HR strategy that mirrors our core values and objectives in the UK.

What are we looking for?


  • Extensive HR Experience, advising and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Great project management skills and ability to lead and own projects
  • Strong Knowledge of Employment Legislation and able to provide commercial advice and support to Managers
  • A willingness to learn Irish Employment Law is essential, previously knowledge and experience is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and data skills - to produce HR data and reporting
  • CIPD Level 5 - Desirable ·       
  • Capability to establish professional credibility quickly.
  • Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills crucial for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting and managing TUPE Transfers / organisation change


This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from home for two days a week, with three days in the office, alongside occasional travel to support our operations, including anticipated visits to Ireland 2-3 times annually.
