Key Responsibilities:

 

🔍Recruitment Maestro: Spearhead our recruitment efforts by advising managers on best practices, coordinating the selection process, and ensuring compliance every step of the way. Your inclusive approach will ensure a diverse and talented team.

 

🤝Employee Relations Support: Offer support and guidance on all matters related to employee relations, from disciplinary practices to performance management. Your assistance will foster a positive and productive work environment.

 

💻 HR & Payroll Oversight: Support our HR Administrator and oversee HR & payroll administration to ensure accuracy and efficiency, leaving no stone unturned in maintaining our employees' trust and satisfaction.
