We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

Invictus Education Trust is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a HR Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Professional to work within the education sector and be a part of a well-knit and personable HR team. You will receive full training and support and the opportunity to develop in your role through CPD.

The role of HR Support Officer is based in the central team and will work closely with allocated schools across the Trust under the direction of the Employee Relations Manager on the employee lifecycle, management information systems, communications and much more!

You will need to be;

  • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3/CIPD Level 3 or equivalent relevant experience and have a good standard of English and Maths
  • Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing and developing HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, probationary periods, and low-level casework
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher, MIS’s and applicant tracking systems
  • Able to analyse data and present the findings in a variety of forms, tailored to the receiving audience
  • Consistently accurate in your work
  • Able to work independently and with others
  • Value driven
  • Able to form, develop and maintain professional relationships quickly
  • Tenacious
  • Committed to the highest standards of child protection and safeguarding
