Job Title: Learning & Development Business Partner

Location: Hybrid working between home and office

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent, full time 35 hours pw

What’s great about the role?

You will be the subject matter expert in Learning & Development, partnering with key stakeholders across the business to understand business needs and translate them into in an inclusive, scalable, and future focussed L&D provision.


What you'll be doing:

  • Work with stakeholders across the Group to identify L&D priorities and drive business capability and the development of key skills, in line with the group talent strategy.
  • Take ownership of our Learning Management System, from administration and content to reporting and resolving issues.
  • Lead the delivery of key L&D projects such as Leadership Development, ensuring consultation/collaboration with stakeholders, creation/selection of content and delivery.
  • Evaluate and report on the ROI of the programmes delivered across the business to enable effective decision making.
  • Design, implement and lead a comprehensive induction programme utilising both digital and F2F .
  • Manage the Apprenticeship Levy and materials.

 

What are we looking for?

An experienced L&D professional who is:

  • Passionate about what they do and loves to get stuck in!
  • Skilled at planning and delivering learning and development across a wide range of learning styles and tools, such as e-learning, blended and group learning.
  • A people person who naturally adopts coaching skills, facilitation, and consultative techniques for effective, collaborative delivery.
